You need to submit EWS certificate at the time of  JEE Advanced registration and it will be verified by the authorities at the time of document verification during counselling. You need to submit the following document at the time of JEE Advanced registration.

• Class X certificate or Birth Certificate
• Class XII (or equivalent exam) Certificate
• Category Certificate ( only for Only for SC /ST /OBC-NCL/EWS candidates
• PwD Certificate( only for PwD candidates)
• OCI Card/PIO Card, if applicable
• DS Certificate, if applicable
