I will suggest u to just fill online form see State rank in merit list,after that compare last year cutoff at that rank if u think u may get then apply for 1st round consiling other wise see for mop op at AIQ
But if your rank is eligible for mop up in AIQ then surely you MST BE 10K TO IIK otherwise it's time waste
