KEA is just the exam conducting authority for various exams and counselling conducting authority for few more courses. So the fees that you pay is towards the College, course and the University. There is nothing that you have to pay for KEA except for the application form fees. This is only if you are writing any entrance exam. Other than that, there is no requirment to pay KEA fees every year. There will be tution fees, laboratory charges, miscellaneous charges that you have to pay the college. But nothing for KEA. So do not worry about that.
