No, you don't need to be from a specific college during 11 and 12 for entering 

In NDA(National Defence Academy).

You need only to crack the NDA Exam to get into itafter 

your class 12.

No Meher nda held entrance exam twice every year the eligibility criteria is you  must be appearing candidate of 12 or you may passed. You need not to take admission in any specific college /institute.
