Apart from recent scanned photograph with white background and signature in blue/black ink(both in 20 to 300 KB in JPG format), you need Class 10 marksheet to entet details in NDA Part II application form any other photo identity document such as aadhar card, voter card, pan card, driving licence,school photo ID or any other photo ID Card issued by the State/Central Government in 20 to 300 KB in pdf format are required in applying for NDA form.
