Firstly, please let me know if you are planning to apply for MBBS programme or MD/MS.

The list of all the important documents that are required for admission to the MBBS programme include the attested copies of -

1. Original bank-e-challan (NEIGRIHMS Copy)

2. Attested copy of Permanent Residential Certificate/Domicile valid for the year, from the expert authority

3. Age proof certificate such as Secondary School Certificate/ High School Certificate or Admist Card of class 10th or 12th

4. Passing certificate or Provisional mark sheet of the qualifying examination

5. Mark Sheet of 12th Class Board Examination.
