You need to have the following documents while applying for JEE Advanced 2018:

These documents have to be scanne to be Uploaded :

  • Certificates of Class X as proof of birth or Birth Certificate

  • Class XII (or equivalent) examination

  • Category

  • PwD

  • Scribe Request Letter

  • PIO Card / OCI Certificate

  • DS certificate

  • Gazette notification showing name change ( only by candidates whose name is not same as in Class X certificate)

You need to upload the above mentioned documents in the format and dimension of images given below:

Physical Disability certificate (FORM-PwD II/III/IV whichever is applicable) issued by the notified medical authority.

Dyslexic candidate must submit FORM-DYSLEXIC 1 and 2 instead of FORM-PwD issued by a doctor specializing in psychiatry and associated with the RCI/Dyslexia Associations. The certificate must mention ‘SEVERE’ so that the candidate is considered under PwD category.

Cadidates who need scribe service

Letter issued by Chairman of respective zonal coordinating IIT

(FORM-SCRIBE).

DS category

Certificate (FORM-DS) issued by a competent authority in the Directorate of Resettlement and Rehabilitation, New Delhi under the Ministry of Defence or the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India.

PIO/OCI Card holders

PIO card or OCI certificate, as applicable

For the students who wrote their board exam in 2019,  is it necessary to upload the 10+2 certificate before June 7?

Hey bro...u can even upload the certificate which is signed by tehsildaar also known as anchal adhikari also known as state certificate..but there is nothing called state or central certificate as the central doesn't issue any kind of caste certificate hence u can upload anumandal or anchal adhikari caste certificate hope u get it...by several researches i found all this answer...
