  • Class-X or Birth Certificate
  • Class-XII or equivalent marksheet
  • Category Certificate(If applicable)
  • Additional Category Certificate(If applicable)
  • PwD Certificate(If applicable)
  • Scribe Request letter (If applicable for PwD)
  • Request for Compensatory time(PwD)
  • DS certificate
  • OCI/PO card
  • Gazette Notification showing the change of name(If applicable)
