• adhaar card
• 10th marksheet 
• 12th marksheet
• medical examination report
• jee mains rank card
• jee mains admit card
• provisional seat letter
• 3 passport size photos
• proof of seat acceptance fee payment

Here are the list of documents required during counselling:

• JEE MAIN RANK CARD
• JEE MAIN ADMIT CARD
• ADHAAR CARD
• 12TH MARKSHEET
• 10TH MARKSHEET
• PROVISIONAL SEAT ALLOCATION LETTER
• MEDICAL EXAMINATION REPORT
• CATEGORY (OBC/SC/ST) CERTIFICATE , not for general
• PwD CERTIFICATE, if applicable
• 3 PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS(SAME AS UPLOADED DURING REGISTRATION)
• PROOF OF SEAT ACCEPTANCE FEE PAYMENT

NOTE- Some board(JAC or any other)  did not submit their top 20 percentile in 2017. So admission of JAC students were stopped. 

So please check your board is submitted top 20 percentile report in JEE MAINS official site. If not then go to your board office and take top 20 percentile certificate.

It is for those students who have scored below 75% but they are in top 20 percentile in their respective board.
