        These are the documents which you have to submit during verification : 

• Printout of Application Form
• Bank Challan copy
• NEET Admit Card
• Secondary School Certificate
• 2nd PUC or Class XII mark sheet
• Two passport size recent photograph
• Study certificate attested by Block education Officer or Deputy Director of Public Instruction (DDPI).
