Hello Chandrika,congrats for clearing CEE.The second merit list or second round of counselling is published because some student left their seats and seats remain vacant .Now JEE counselling is going on which will create more vacancy.Generally second merit list is published on July.This time second round of counselling will be held on 2-4 mostly.
