If you have a domicile eligibility satistisfying that of the west bengal then you can apply for the state quota seats in west bengal. In other case you have to enter through all india quota.

You are asking for which course?

If you are asking for engineering then if you have domicile certificate of WB you are eligible to apply for the government engineering colleges of WB.

Other state students are eligible to apply for universities and private engineering colleges.
