Does a maths student have difficulty in doing biomedical engineering?

No absolutely not dear, 

This is just a multidisciplinary field actually which combines biology and engineering. What is the main concept is that applying engineering principles and materials to medicine and healthcare. 

It's a very broad field with many increasingly job opportunities 

Like kidney dialysis,advanced prosthetic, surgical robots etc. 

Don't keep any notions that you cannot do it. You will ofcourse be great. Hope I helped you
