Hello Aspirant,

If you are an OBC Non-creamy layer candidate you have to submit an affidavit proving you to be so. In the absence of this affidavit in the prescribed format and without the seal from the concerned authority you would not be able to avail the concessions of this category. However if you do not wish to avail any of such concessions you can simply register as OBC creamy layer.
