Not all recruiter companies follow the same criteria for hiring students from colleges.CGPA in Final Year or Throughout the course 60-65% as per company norms. Good overall track record from Graduation at least 60-65% overall would be enough even for top companies. Some companies emphasis upon experience more than marks and GPA, Years of industry experience (2 years and above or below) is considered. But these are the initial filters only, to choose students for personal interview round.

Other than that, Once you are part of shortlisted students, then how your skills match to their requirements is important.
