Hello Raghava Reddy

No, all the students do not get their KEA Fees returned. Only the students who had taken admission in the alloted colelge by Round 2 and surrenders before the last date is notified will be refunded the amount after deducting Rs 5000. After the second round, i.e, third and thereafter, no money is refunded. For more details kindly refer the mentioned site http://kea.kar.nic.in/pgcet_2018/brochure_2018.pdf

Will there be third round for pgcet ? And what about candidates who haven't paid any fee so far and deadline for paying is passed?
