Yes, calcutta university do offers b.tech civil engineering course for 4 years. For this eligibility required is that students need to qualify 10+2 with 50% marks. And 90% admission are based on marks obtained in West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations. And rest 10% on basis of marks obatined in jee mains.
