Hello aspirant,
Yes changing the category for Jee advanced will also change the category for Jee mains, if you fail to submit your category certificate, your category Will automatically be changed to general.

Now you can't change the category . Category chances happened before the exam of Jee main . NDA already had given that chance . Now you can't change .
