Does conductive deafness on one side consider as physical handicap. If yes how to obtain certificate.

Hi Dinesh,

I understand that you are inquiring whether or not conducive  deafness on one ear is a physical disability or not and so to answer your question, yes partial or conducive deafness on one or both ears is considered a physical disability under the ADA guidelines of the Government of India and now to answer the second part of your question, in order to obtain a physical disability certificate for the same, you have to visit your nearest government hospital where in a government medical officer would issue you the same certificate after properly examining your physical conditions.
