In CSE, the main focus is on programming, web development etc. but subjects like Data Logic & Design/Digital Electronics can be also learn there. As for jobs, CSE students go for software jobs only.

AI and ML acts as only specialization which gives extra idea about specific branch.

Yes, they are eligible, CSE is the basic for Artificial Engineering and machine Learning. But They will not be recognized much when compared to Computer science Engineering, because these Artificial Engineering and Machine Learning are evolving terms.
