ESIC colleges are not only meant for the wards of insured persons but it has an equal distribution of seats for all categories (according to the governments criteria) including ESIC seats. This means that there will surely be a reservation for the EWS candidates too. Moreover since the ESIC reservation has been cancelled by the MCI following this academic session (2020-21), these ESIC seats will also be reverted to the state quota and be distributed among all categories to maintain the ratio.
