The All India Level Counselling- In all India level counselling there are 15% seats from all Govt. colleges of India for all central universities and all deemed universities participate. in this counselling procedure. And now this is the responsibility of deemed universities and state medical colleges to fill up these vacant seats via Mop up round counselling. Candidates who have qualified  with the minimum required percentile will be eligible to participate in the process. The Mop-Up Round Counselling, is conducted to fill the leftover seats after the  Second Round of Counselling. For more information refer to
