Hi inshana,  digilocker is a government approved cloud service for storing your digital certificates. It is linked to your aadhar card and was launched by Government of India. So yes,  your migration certificate from digilocker will be accepted. Since these certificates also have QR code,  the Institute can also verify their authenticity and hence will not question its validity. Hope this helps
