Income certificates can be issued from block development officer, sub divisional officer , circle officer and not below the rank of tehsildar . So only from these ranks your income certificate will be accepted in all nits.

The tuition fee is fully waived in case of sc/st students and 2/3 rd for income belonging to the category Between 1L and 5L.
