YES. if you go for the fee waiver scheme then you would not get your OBC quota and you would only be eligible for the fee waiver quota .  BUt keep in mind that OBC seats > fee waiver seats. And also if you are going for the fee waiver seats then you need to produce all the necassary documents asked by the uni or college . for example - ( BPL card, INCome ) etc.

if you select fee waiver category then you have to produce income certificate and you will be eligible for only the seats in fee waiver quota.

all other quota will be eliminated so if you opt for fee waiver and if you produce the valid document then you are eligible for the 5% fee waiver seats.
