You're question forces many assumptions.

If you've pursued your bachelor's from a good institute, pursuing MBA from another good institute will be lethal, doubtless. You will have an option to choose terms in employment.

If you've pursued your bachelor's from a average institute, it is mandatory to pursue MBA from IIM to get a moderately good job.

If you've pursued your bachelor's from a average institute and you're planning for MBA from a normal institute, you're wasting time. You'll end up with a package of 2lpa.

I guess you need not make assumptions.

according to us, it doesn't matter alot that from which course you are graduated and MBA is very valuable degree if you do it from good college or top B-school so definitely you will get good pacakage and placement as well so no need to worry about it worth just do hard work for getting good college.

Yes .. MBA  is a degree which has value after any course... All you need is to do it from a recognised B-school. Start preparing for the entrance exams and try to get into a good college.
