does joining in clubs matters in placement?? if I am not in club what should I do?

Dear aspirant,

The chances of you getting placed depends upon the skill set required by the company and discuss what you have. All other things comes after that in every big company The selection process is consist of many rounds with up to 5 rounds in some MNC. Should joining club be helpful the answer is both yes and no. If you have the required skill set then some good clubs on your resume would definitely be a plus point over the candidate who only possess skills. How are your top priority should be improving your skills to get placed in a good company because if you don't have good skills you will not be able to make up to the HR round where you are extra curricular will be explored.
