No matriculate does not include class 12th candidates but for matric pass or high school or class 10th passed students, Matriculate option is used. If you are class 12th passed then you should opt for class 12th or 10+2 passed or Intermediate passed in NEET UG 2022 application form.

there is no intermediate option in the form. only matriculate is there.
