Yes, It is possible to do M. Tech. in engineering physics with specialization in nano-science. This program focuses on nano-scale physics and nanotechnology in a wider sense. Master of Technology (MTech) Engineering Physics is a two-year post-graduation course specializing in advanced study of Applied Optics, Solid State Physics, and interdisciplinary Nanotechnology. Admission to MTech Engineering Physics course will be granted based on the candidate's performance in the entrance exams like GATE, UGC NET etc
