NIT's do not offer aerospace engineering Btech course. Top Institutes offering Aerospace engineering are in India are :
1) Indian Institute of technology, Bombay
2) Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur
3) Indian Institute of Technology, Madras
4) Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur

No, these courses are not offered by NIT or IIIT colleges. Aerospace engineering is offered only in IIT colleges like IIT MADRAS, IIT KHARAGPUR, IIT shibpur. Not a single NIT colleges offer aerospace engineering. You can go for IIT colleges if you are interested in this course.
