Page 4 of https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/ShowPdf.aspx?Type= clearly states that " All Information/Communication will be sent by NTA through Email of the Registered E-mail address or SMS on registered Mobile Number only". There is no mention of an Alternative Email Id or Mobile Number in the entire Information Bulletin. When NTA mentions all Information or Communication will be sent through Registered Email id, it means no communication will happen through Alternative Email Id. So this is something that you need not worry about. Just to answer your questions no soft copy of the admit card will be sent to your Alternative Email Id.  The same goes with the Allotment letter as well.

As per the latest information available with us NEET admit card 2020 will be released on 29th August and exam will take place on 13th September. For download neet admit card candidates will be required to login into their registered accounts.

• Go to the official website of NTA NEET.

• Click on NEET admit card 2020.

• Enter application number, date of birth and the security pin.

• Click on Submit.

• Admit card of NEET will appear on the screen.

• Check the details mentioned on the admit card. Make sure to check details properly before downloading it.

• Download the NEET 2020 admit card.

Their is no alternative email ID or phone number asked, the one with which you have registered will be the one used for communication.
