Firstly, there are no such informations available regarding the examination about the question pattern and the shuffling.

Secondly, if your PC don't have web cam then you have to arrange a webcam. You can get webcams on amazon, flipkart. Just type on the search bar 'External Webcam' and you can buy it. Without a webcam you can't give the examination as per the policies of MKCL.

In point number 9 of the official notification its stated that:

Using Web camera is mandatory to attempt online exam. Web camera should be connected to the PC/Laptop on which the exam is being attempted and it should be always in ON state.

In point number 11 of the official guideline its provided that:

If the web camera is disconnected from the PC/Laptop any time during the exam, then exam will stop immediately. The exam can be started only when web cam is connected again & then exam will start from the point where it had stopped earlier.

So be careful and you must buy or get in any means a webcam else you will not be able to give the exam.
