Yes the admission criteria of IPU says they take only 15% students from out of Delhi. But you should not worry about it .Just focus on your entrance preparation and give the paper to your best.

Admissions are pretty easy in IPU and if you get a decent rank, you will easily get an admission. There are management seats also available in IPU, through this way as well you can get admission. Though, the management seats have a bit higher fee, but at the end, you will be studying what you like as IPU is one of the top deemed universities in Delhi.
