Yes you can appear in B.pharmacy exam even with pcm.
Also you have to qualify entrance exams held by different university's to get admission.

With pcm, the syllabus would be little difficult for you, but it will get easy once you get the hang of it.
Also pcm students have to study biology as compulsory subject in 1st and 3rd semester.
