Placement after Integrted Law depends on the campus you are pursing your degree from, for instance colleges like Symbiosis have high number of placements as well as internships offered to their students. However a certain number of GPA is needed to be secured in order to get desired internship or placements. 

NLUs also offer such Internships and one may get affiliated with the same firm over time through internships. However it totally depends on college and their ranking and affiliation if Placement is given to the student after the degree or not.
