Jee questions doesn't repeat. Sometimes the basic concept is same .but same question never repeats there are chance of 1-2 % that the question will repeat.

You can solve old que papers as you can get idea of questions it'll help you.

Yes, previous year questions can be repeated but it is not compulsory. You will get a idea about the exam pattern and level of the questions asked in the exam
