Dear Simran, SAT is an exam for evaluating Written, Verbal and Mathematical skills for Undergraduate courses abroad. However this is for Engineering courses. For Medical admissions, MCAT is a valid exam that is accepted in almost every University in US. This is an international exam that is valid even for admissions in Canada. Most Universities don't accept MCAT scores that are older than 3 years.
