• Yes, sc/st get 100% fee waiving in all gftis. 
• From 100% fee waiving means SC/ST/PwD students are exempted from payment of tuition fees. 
• Tution fee is zero means only non refundable(security , library,hostel ,mess etc) charges you have to pay
• Also you can get scholarship from state or central scholarship if your family income less than 2 lakh annually or as per their rules
