Does the central obc caste certificate exactly look like that given in the MCC's information bulletin? The one I have is also central obc certificate but it has a slightly different format and some additional resolutions from that mentioned in MCC's bulletin.

Hello,

It does not really matter as long as it is issued by the central government. According to the official website of MCC you just need to provide you category certificate confirming your category. As per the difference well that happens as things can change what matters is the originality of the document.
