As colleges only mention the tution fee only it may be l.d.ahmedabad or msn vandora as l.d Ahmedabad is in the state Gujarat  approved by the government of india and affiliated by the Gujarat technological university and msn vandora is also good college and these boththe colleges are the top college and you can prefer this colleges and only tution fee is only mentioned and hostel feeincludes mess fee also everything will come under one only and as hostel fee will be nearly 50,000 in those which includes all and you should pay the seperate tution fee also and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to you.
