No, your offered/allotted seat in the 1st round of counselling will not be canceled/lost if you participate/attend in Round 2; but if you are offered a seat in the 2nd round then the seat which was allotted to you in the 1st round gets canceled. And the documents which you have submitted at the Certificate Verification Center and the Admission Fee paid at the “1st round allotted institute” will be transferred to your “newly allotted institute”.

Therefore, you must be cautious while exercising your options/choice filing in Round 2. Only select the best and most likable to-attend Colleges as per your “personal” perspective.
