Sorry to say but you didn't mention which hostel facility you want to know about. Because in India lots of college present and lot's of hostel as well government and private. So you have to mention the college name otherwise it's quite difficult to tell you.

But I'll tell you that you can't get ac faculties generally in government colleges. But you can get ac faculties in AIIMS, IITs, NITs etc. Also you can get ac hostel facilities in private colleges.
