Not necessarily. When a company is hiring you, they expect you to have  skill sets that suit the job profile. The Job description usually specifies the skills that you need to have to apply for that job. Most companies require Candidates with a working knowledge of HRIS. Freshers might need to have knowledge about the software. On job trainings are not always present. So it depends on the Company and its job description and the expectations it has from its employee.
