Yes, with increase in the number of NTSE scholarships to be awarded, the number of candidates to be selected from States and UTs  will also increase. Few states have announced that they would come out with the revised merit list after considering these changes. You can check NTSE Result 2019 regularly to stay updated on any official announcement by states.
