Everyone is different with side effects. I started on 25mg for 1 week then went up to 50mg. I'm currently on my 6th week. I experienced most of the side effects- nauseau, loss of appetite, insomnia and more anxiety the first couple weeks. Started feeling good then they came back. Now everything seems to have leveled out. I dont have as much anxiety as before I started and no side effects for a week. I would start on a low dose and see how you feel and give it time to work. I wanted to quit so many times but I hung in there and let the meds do their thing. I hope you feel better and like answer.
