There is hardly any difference between a candidate doing BBA or B.com in graduation before pursuing MBA. Still, if you ask about the better option then BBA has a little advantage over b.com because this stream is totally related to management so it will definitely help you to very well know about some of the subjects which you are going to study while pursuing MBA degree.
