Hey there!

Pursuing a MS in USA does cost a lot but most of the universities do give out generous amounts of scholarships to the students. Some universities even offer stipends after giving out the scholarship (in outstanding cases). If you have high GRE and IELTS/ TOEFL scores, good grades and strong recommendation letters, you have a good chance of getting a good scholarship offer. If you are not confident or you don't want to study in USA at all, you are advised to check out colleges in European countries such as Germany, and France. You can study in such countries for free or for half the price (at cheaper rates). Hope this helps. All the best!
