I know that govt colleges does give their seats through NRI quota. Colleges have few seats reserved for NRI Quota. If you belong to India, then Mgmnt Quota is best for you rather than NRI Quota because in NRI Quota seats the fees is more than any other type of seats.

So, it's better to go with mgmnt quota if you are from India, otherwise NRI quota is best suited for you.
