Due to a system error, my email id has been incorrectly updated in the form. Thus I am not getting any notifications from nbe. Will I get the same information on my text message? How will I come to know if there is any error in my form

Yeah! In general through EMAIL or Message you will get the same information like the Admit out or result out notifications or counselling notifications etc. So no need to worry about it but if you get a rectification window option then you should correct the email in order so that if any problems in networks occur then also you will get notified via email.
