In your case, your class 11th was obstructed because of covid and so you shouldn't regret anymore and focus on improving what is in your hands currently. Focus on improving your 12th standard score as college admissions happen on the basis of your 12th score.

Nobody is going to take your class 11th score seriously in future and so work hard, next year and take admission in a good college.
